Thank you for supporting Tanicom. Every purchase directly funds the independent development of TaniTerm and our other tools, and we’re truly grateful for it.
All software sales are final
Our software, including TaniTerm, is delivered digitally the moment your payment goes through, and it can be fully tried before you buy. For that reason, all software sales are final and we do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, unused licenses, or gifts.
Please try before you buy. TaniTerm runs free for 14 days with every feature, without a license key. Use the trial to make sure it works with your Mac, your devices and the way you work.
When we will make it right
We will refund or correct a purchase if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- the purchase was made without your permission (please also contact your card issuer);
- you didn’t receive a working license key and we can’t fix the problem; or
- a refund is required by the consumer laws where you live.
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase at Show email address with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its license is deactivated.

Physical products and services
If we sell physical products, such as tools, their return terms will be shown on the product page. Installation and staffing services are covered by the agreement for each project.
